Reporting after the month closes

At 00:01 Polish local time on the first day of the month, the system starts preparing and sending reports for the previous month. The PDF includes branding, dates, meter readings, consumption and the amount calculated at the recorded rate. Comparisons with the two previous months show percentage changes where suitable data exists. Missing history or a zero baseline is identified rather than producing a misleading percentage.

Reconciling the main meter with individual units

For the specified supply point, we compare main-meter imported energy with the submeter total over the same period. Differences may come from common areas, measurement boundaries, reading times or incorrect assignments. A difference alone does not prove a fault or theft. Confirmed values can be entered manually or imported using the supported CSV format; automatic operator-account access requires separate implementation.

Additional charges as an explicit option

A manager can add selected net invoice items, such as fixed charges, and allocate them by consumption or equally across selected meters. The method should reflect agreements with tenants. The reconciliation difference is not automatically charged. Additional-charge statements remain separate from energy amounts, making review easier and reducing duplicate allocation.

Consumption outside working hours

An office at three in the morning has a different expected profile from a shop with refrigerators running continuously. Alerts therefore follow working hours, equipment and a confirmed baseline. Detection needs sufficiently frequent readings. An alert identifies something to investigate; it does not automatically disconnect power. AI forecasts can be implemented separately once sufficient history has been collected.

Your questions answered

Is the PDF a tax invoice?

No. It is a statement supporting billing. Accounting integration and invoicing require separate agreement.

Can a forecast replace a missing reading?

Not in automatic billing based on actual measurements. Missing data must be investigated and, where appropriate, replaced with a verified reading.
