Measurement designed around property use
A separate meter for each unit is only the start. Measurement boundaries, shared circuits and tenancy handovers must be defined. In a hotel, measuring an entire wing serves a different purpose from measuring a restaurant operated by another business. We match the arrangement to the actual property layout rather than adding unused measurement points.
A new meter or integration of an existing one?
We inspect the model, installation parameters and available interface. Readings may use Modbus, pulse outputs or another supported integration. Wired and wireless transmission require suitable equipment. Data passes through the SNUT collection layer into Podlicznik, where it is assigned to the property and unit. Billing use and equipment requirements are agreed before purchase.
Commissioning goes beyond connecting hardware
Installation planning covers distribution-board access and agreed power interruptions. At commissioning, we compare the system reading with the meter, checking units, multipliers, timestamps and unit assignments. Pulse inputs require the correct pulse constant. We also check communication-loss handling so that missing data does not appear as zero consumption.
Support for one property or a larger portfolio
Start with a pilot in a few units. Further meters are added after data quality and reporting have been confirmed. Maintenance scope, fault response and inspections are recorded in the agreement. DATPOL combines electrical work, automation and system support, giving the manager one delivery partner from installation through reporting.

Does each unit need Wi-Fi?
No. Connectivity is selected for the building and may use a shared gateway with wired connections or a compatible radio solution.
